Within framework universal competition, main resource value is qualified labor, which based on advanced scientific knowledge, concepts achievements. The question high-quality training specialists with declared competence becomes significant. paper discusses theoretical approaches to development question, assesses its current determines role phenomenon life a modern person. Today, socio-communicative direction children general, construction social space preschool childrens relationships particular, priority area activity educational institution, requiring special skills abilities teacher. end result any higher institution professional professionally competent graduate who able adapt constantly changing conditions. under study environment university relevant situation reform. way solve seen improvement process, prospective teachers, taking into account requirements standards.
